Greg is an ultimate professional. Truly, we could have not done this whole house search thing without him. Anyone who gets Greg to be their agent will be not only lucky but privileged to know him. Greg was super available, patient, going over videos with us late on Saturday night, explaining positive/negative things about the property, area, schools, absolutely everything. His knowledge is unparalleled: he would review house conditions, electric issues, anything he may see is out of order. He just knows so much about houses that no other agent can provide. We met Greg looking at a property before we had a buyer's agent and we were so impressed with his warmth, his knowledge, and ability to point out things we might have missed that we contracted him as our agent immediately.
