I was born in Zurich, Switzerland, and raised in Alicante, Spain. Since I was a child, I felt that the world had more to offer than what I saw at the time. At age 19 I came to the United States and began my career as a Real Estate Salesperson and then as a Broker with The Deltona Corporation selling residential properties in Southwest Florida to the New York market place. In 1991 I joined Avatar Corporation and I worked with them until May 1996 when I founded Sunbelt Sales & Development Corporation, as a result of the dissolution of the land sales division for that Company. In 2001, my Company, Sunbelt Sales & Dev. Corp. joined New Vistas Properties; and I became the organization's exclusive Broker in Westchester County, NY, and the State of Connecticut. In the same year, I formed a partnership and co-founded Advantage Realty Group, a local Real Estate Enterprise operating in CT & NY .Many people within the community needed help to own their own homes and were looking to purchase.
