Meghan Soucy

Meghan’s goal is to make the home buying and selling process smooth and enjoyable for her clients, leveraging her experience with property challenges and her love for design and staging. She is passionate about guiding homeowners into real estate investing, helping them generate passive income through vacation homes, flips, cabins, beach houses, and unique properties. Additionally, Meghan is dedicated to assisting aging homeowners in finding suitable, accessible properties to support them in staying at home as long as possible. Her creative problem-solving skills, combined with an MBA from the University of Hartford and a summa cum laude degree in Marketing and Business Management from Post University, make her a valuable asset for a diverse range of buyers and sellers. Outside of work, Meghan is an assistant coach for her daughter’s soccer team and enjoys spending time with her family, Zumba dancing, biking, traveling, and landscaping.
