Linda Lang-Bankowski is the owner/broker of The Real Estate Boutique.
First obtained her CT Salespersons License in 1990 and obtained her Broker’s License in 2005. Started as a full time Realtor in downtown New Haven. Four years later, Linda launched Quinnipiac Realty, now renamed The Real Estate Boutique after she attained her Florida Real Estate Brokers License. Linda firmly believes that in order to provide the best service and knowledge to her clients it’s vital to stay on top of the new ideas and technologies. She currently holds the following National Association of Realtors® designations: CRS, ABR, GRI, SRS, SRES, AHWD, ePro, Rene, SFR and the following affiliated certifications for specialized areas of study: ASPRe, 5-StarREO, CDPE, CSP. She is also a Licensed Drone Pilot. Linda strives for a stress free experience and keeping you completing informed throughout the process.
