Jim Lucarelli

Jim Lucarelli has over 33 years of experience in the Telluride real estate market. For 18 years he owned and operated Real Estate Affiliates of Telluride, one of the region’s top boutique real estate offices. He is now with proud to be a part of Compass, the number one residential real estate company in the U.S. Jim is a 4-time past president of the Telluride Association of Realtors and has been Realtor of the Year three times. Jim is fluent in all aspects of Telluride real estate and prides himself on a vast array of market knowledge you can’t find online. Jim moved to Telluride in 1990 after a seven-year career on Wall Street. He sits on a variety of local Boards and has a long history of being active in the community. A native of Rumson, New Jersey, Jim attended Roanoke College in Virginia. He now lives on Deep Creek Ranch. When he's not busy selling real estate he can often be found flying, fishing, hiking, riding his horses, managing his cattle, hunting or skiing.
