Never even met her need I say more ? Called her from miles away not pleased with current realtor she put a end to our worries got on the job right away we were told by others houses arent selling but not marlene she let us know market was slow but assured us she was on it no false promise but confident that she could sell a month and a few open houses later we had a offer and closing date now we have happily moved into a new home we couldn’t be happier Marlene and her team were great and we’ve still never met her lol

Marlene was absolutely wonderful to work with! We had the pleasure of meeting her when we were first in the area to look at homes...but, after that, all of our correspondence was through text, emails and Face Time as we looked for a home to purchase from afar. The thought of buying a home without seeing it in person felt a bit daunting, but Marlene was a pro! She did a great job walking through homes on Face Time and answering all our questions! It was easy to trust her and it was a joy to work with her! We've been in our new home a little over a week and we are delighted! So thankful for the gift of working with Marlene and would recommend her without hesitation!
