Nick Vorrath grew up in Iowa and Illinois before kicking off a career in technology management. At 26, he followed the call of the Rockies and made Northern Colorado home. The mountains, trails, and welcoming community quickly hooked him. After years in management, Nick made the leap into real estate in 2013 and found his true passion—helping people buy and sell homes. He brings energy, knowledge, and a down-to-earth style that makes the process feel approachable. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or ready to sell, Nick loves guiding clients every step of the way.
