When I entered real estate in 2020, I was diving in at a time of historically low interest rates, where demand was high and competition was fierce. I was thrown into the fire, working alongside Colorado Spring's top agents with my employing broker as part of the Elite 25 and going to broker open houses in million-dollar homes. Those early experiences of rubbing shoulders with industry leaders challenged me to grow quickly and raised the bar for the standards I hold today.
