Kristin Walter

Kristin first blended her love of mountain ski country and sales in middle school while selling coupon books to raise money to go on a ski trip to Breckenridge, Colorado, and she has skied in Summit County every year since 1990. It was in 2007 that Kristin left her home state of Texas and moved to Colorado for the outdoor lifestyle of the mountains and for real estate opportunities. Even after more than 18 years of living in the high country of Colorado, Kristin considers it a blessing to be able to wake up each morning in one of the most beautiful places in the United States and help others build their dream life in the mountains. She understands most, if not all, of the ins and outs of creating a home in the mountains, and graciously shares everything she knows with her clients. However, most days Kristin can be found exploring one of the many hiking trails with her canine sidekicks Ruby & Bella.
