I grew up in Wisconsin and made the move to Denver in 2019, drawn by both the lifestyle and the opportunity to build a future in real estate. Shortly after arriving, I began investing and flipping properties on the side while working in the insurance tech industry, where I led a team of contract negotiators and relationship managers. The skills I honed—negotiation, creative problem-solving, and relationship building—proved invaluable when I decided to go all-in on real estate.
