I can not express enough how amazing it was to work with Bri Waterman. She is available 24/7 and is fast to get you answers or confirmation. We used her to buy our first home as well as to sell that home to move to Texas. She is one of the hardest working people I have ever met, she juggles her job and her busy family life effortlessly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to use Bri!!

All I can say is wow. We are first time homebuyers and between working full-time and dealing with three busy toddlers, my husband and I needed the best in Santa Clarita to make this process is easy and painless as possible. People always think that buying a house Is this Fun stressless thing but when you have never done it and well it can be quite daunting. Luckily for us we found a realtor that was able to break it down for us. Make it easy for us to understand and do most of what we could online and through email. When it came down to going to escrow to sign documents that was also pretty easy. We had Valley Wide Escrow and they are always available to answer questions that I had. If you plan on buying a house in Santa Clarita or Southern California in general this is the girl to use. Her and the team she works with are amazing. End of story. Bri sold our home and we couldn't be happier with the sale and Bri! We found Bri to be professional, helpful and calm. As anyone that has sold a home knows, it can be very stressful. Bri helped us navigate thru the process, always keeping things on track, and moving forward. Her brochures of our home were beautiful, set up by the fantastic photographer she uses to take pictures. She also employed a stager to come in, and with the minor changes she suggested, using our things, our home was shown to its best advantage.
