He took the time to show us multiple homes, offered a good balance of giving us freedom to explore the homes but also offering advice when we should be aware of something with the home, he made himself available to quickly answer all of our questions (whenever we had them and no matter how crazy they were), and made sure we were aware of things we weren't thinking of and everything we should be aware of as first time home buyers.
