Tom has facilitated more than $250 million in transaction volume, and before founding Localist, was ranked in the top 1% of more than 90,000 agents, internationally for one of the largest brokerage firms in the world. Tom received his real estate license before graduating high school and at the age of 20 passed the broker’s exam, becoming one of the youngest licensed real estate brokers in the industry. He became a master negotiator, learned how to analyze properties to determine current and future values, and how best to market properties throughout Southern California — all skills that now help him advise clients to reach their real estate goals and create wealth.
