Robert is a great realtor and an even better person. He was very attentive to every text and phone call and there were many. When he first came to review the home to determine a listing price, Robert was gracious, informative, and prepared. We chose him because his list price was aggressive and set the tone for any further negotiations. Because we had a view lot we all agreed that it was unique. Roberts full color marketing brochure and drone photos were simply extraordinary. We listed on a Friday and by the following Monday we were under contract. The best part is that Robert was able to get us 20K over asking. Now thats some view! I will use Robert and his team at Better Homes & Gardens every time.
