My friend/co-worker said she knew the best realtor in the area and recommended Destry after hiring him 20 years ago as her buying agent. I wondered how she vividly remembered his services? Well, fast forward to last January when my husband and I listed and sold our house with Destry and I now totally understand where she was coming from. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Destry is "off the charts" unbelievable in every way possible! - He possesses a calm, friendly, reassuring, professional demeanor - not pushy nor a push-over. - His knowledge and experience came into play throughout the sale of our house, especially when a couple minor issues came up during escrow. Destry knew exactly what to do and immediately took action

He is easy to contact and immediately returns messages - Somehow he remains humble and approachable through his success - His assistant, Samantha and recommended professional photographer, contractor, roofer, are la crme of the crop - second to none Cons: - absolutely none As a side note, I attended a retirement party and found out three additional co-workers hired Destry as their buying and/or selling agent. Over the short period of a 2 weeks we found Destry to be a consummate professional, who delivered ALL that he committed to. From Going Live (Listing on Zillow) it took Destry a TOTAL of 10 days to have an Open House, Followed by an Initial Offer, Followed by a Counter Offer, Culminating in Going into Escrow, and Leading shortly thereafter to a Successful Closing.
