I have been a licensed Real Estate agent for 20 plus years. I have served may buyers and sellers in the Bay Area and Central Valley. I am a former Department of Defense Employee. Specializing in contracts, real estate acquisitions, and certifying payments. Served as a Planning Commissioner, Mayor's Advisory Board, NAREB, CVAR, CVRB, NAACP. During my years as a real estate professional. I helped to migrate lots of buyers to Central Valley and other areas. During the foreclosure crisis. I assisted homeowners to save their homes by introducing them to the modification process. We held workshops which included all of the major lenders to modify contracts. Hundreds of people attended the workshops. My desire is to continue helping buyers and sellers.
