Erick Smith

Erick began in the Real Estate industry with Merrill Lynch in 2006 as a loan consultant. He worked with Merrill for 2 years, then transferred to Bank of America as a Business Banker. Having this initial experience in the industry gives Erick a unique and valuable understanding of the Real Estate Market as a whole. In 2011, he began working at the county auctions, where he learned invaluable information about the secondary Real Estate market. In 2013, he started his own investment company, Glenn Charles Investments. Since then, he manages and oversees all aspects of real estate, from due diligence and site evaluation to handling contracts and negotiations, to overseeing construction and development, and finally, to overseeing the leasing and/or selling of the properties. His diverse and in-depth experience is a major reason why his investors are thriving in todays marketplace. Currently, Erick works for Jason Mitchell Group and Glenn Charles Investments, LLC
