John Karabian

John Karabian has lived in Los Angeles County his entire life and knows the area, particularly the Santa Clarita, San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys, very well. John received his B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Northridge. He is licensed as a real estate broker and a National Mortgage Loan Originator and has been working in both industries for over nineteen years. He is highly skilled in all facets of the real estate industry, including buying, selling, financing, appraisal and property management. John prides himself on listening to his client’s needs and wants and, most importantly, educating his clients so that they can be active and empowered participants in the process. He is fully committed to representing his client's interests and brings a balance of firm advocacy and skilled negotiation to each sale. His experience enables him to see through complex and difficult situations and maneuver them to a common ground.
