I chose real estate as a career because I love everything about the industry from touring homes to helping my clients find and acquire just the right home that they are looking for. I treat all my clients as though they are my family or friends. I guide my clients through the process including locating the right property, writing the contract, negotiating the best deal, attending all inspections with my clients and negotiating for repairs until we go to the title company to sign the final documents. I am currently a member of the Oroville Association of REALTORS. I have served on the Board of Directors of the Solano Association of Realtors and am a Past President for the Association. I have worked extensively with home sellers and buyers, especially first time home buyers, to make the transaction as smooth and seamless as possible to minimize the stress that is invariably a part of any financial decision as large as the sale or purchase of a new home.
