This was a difficult and emotional experience for me and Lorraine was absolutely amazing. Selling a home where you have experienced many of the significant milestones of your life is difficult and dealing with the intricacies of doing so while complying with the provisions of a trust is complex. It was wonderful to have Lorraine's Probate and Trust expertise and guidance through the process. She truly is a Probate and Trust real estate expert.

My uncle died recently and he didn't have his home in a Trust and left no will. We had to go through Probate to settle the Estate. I was the administrator and I had full authority to sell his home. I'm out of state and I really didn't know where to begin in this process. Lorraine stepped up and walked me through everything step by step. I hadn't seen the house and she took me through each room via video so I could see what needed to be done to sell it for the most money. It was a mess! Sure, we could have sold it the way it was, however, there is no way that we would have got the price we did. She arranged for repairmen, haulers, inspections, painters and a gardener and turned a home that was not maintained for many years into one that got us 7 offers and an AMAZING price! Lorraine is a TRUE professional and never let me down through the entire sales process. I highly recommend Lorraine!

Choice for a realtor was an easy one...lorraine has everything someone would want in a realtor and more. She is incredibly knowledgable with the real estate market in sf. she has a lot of experience in both the buying and selling markets. Without a doubt, Lorraine has her client's best interest at heart. She was incredibly attentive and mindful to our needs, preferences and requests. In the selling of our condo she found us a great buyer on the very first open house, for a significant amount over asking. she also helped us negotiate a reasonable price for the home we bought which likely could have gone for quite a bit more. Lorraine made sure the business side of everything was smooth and clear and as straightforward as could be which was very comforting given how unfamiliar we were to the process. To top it off, Lorraine is fun, warm, engaging and personable and makes looking for houses feel enjoyable even when you've looked at more than you can count! I highly recommend Lorraine.
