Howard is nothing short of amazing. He saved me a lot of money by suggesting a lower offer price. It was accepted. What was most impressive about Howard, is that he listened beyond what I said verbatim. He found a place that I am extremely happy with that I wouldn’t have considered otherwise. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to have worked with him.
