I worked with the Bellings Brothers in selling my condo. I spoke with a few other agents and from the start it seemed like these guys went above and beyond what others did for you, and that certainly seemed to be the case. When it came time to selling they went above and beyond again. They crushed it on pricing strategy and on the marketing, and got a crazy number of people through the door, which was critical. When offer time came around they did an amazing job getting me the absolute best deal and navigating the crazy waters of closing escrow during shelter in place orders. I will definitely be telling anyone I know selling in SF that they'd be crazy not to use these guys!

I met the Belling Brothers Team at an open house and Michael hopped on a call with me to discuss my "needs" and my wish list within a week. Michael was great to work with. My job has me on the road about a third of the time, and he was patient and flexible when I had to go through looking pauses due to not being in SF for weeks at a time. I worked with Michael and Aaron Bellings to sell my San Francisco house. I had lived in it for 17 years and then rented it for another 14 years. I'm retired now and this house was my largest asset to support me in my retirement so it was important to get a good price.
