Steve was fantastic to work with. When we first meet we told him we were looking because we had a property we had to sell before we could purchase. He said that was fine and proceeded to meet with us and find out what we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable in the area and explained the areas to us. He also told us things that we needed to be aware of since this was the first time we were looking at a high rise. Steve kept us in the loop while the house was being sold. Once sold he began a search with us. He took time to take is to all the condos we wanted to see. He also made sure that we knew things that we needed to be sure to include in our search. Once we found a place Steve was able to complete the purchase for us. Since we didn’t live not live in the area he lined up the plumber, painter and electrician that we needed. Also, a week before closing the lender pulled out because it was a 1031 sale and in a trust they said they didn’t loan on that type of property.

I was incredibly fortunate to have Steve Myers as my realtor for my first home purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the home buying process in general, as well as the specific nuances that come with buying a home in San Diego. He has a great attention to detail, and I could always trust that if I mentioned some problem or small question about the house in passing, he would always follow up on it and get the question answered or the problem solved. Highly recommend if you're looking for a realtor who you can trust will be on top of things, and I will definitely go to him for help if we end up wanting to move to a different home.
