About
Francisco Chavarin has enjoyed every minute he’s spent helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. From driving throughout the city to viewing masterfully designed buildings to meeting interesting people, Francisco is driven by the energy of his career.
Originally from Northern California, Francisco lived in Mexico for a good part of his childhood before moving back to the states to attend the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego. After obtaining a five-year professional degree from the NewSchool and a certificate in project management from San Diego State University, Francisco worked in the architectural industry for 12 years. During that time, he was involved in everything from planning, design, and project management to client, consultant, and contractor coordination. But he had always wanted to transition into real estate, so in 2009 he married his passion for buildings and design to his love of connecting with people.
