I have worked as an Onsite sales manager on new development tracks in El Cajon, Murrieta and high rise developments in downtown San Diego. With that hands on field experience and Resale since 2008 I am very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of short sales, REO (bank owned) transactions and traditional sales. I can navigate clients through the whole transaction from getting pre-qualified, searching for the perfect home, negotiating your offer, property inspections, appraisals, managing escrow and handing you the keys for your new home at close of escrow.
