Jeff answered our call-in distress at any time of the day. He made us feel comfortable and at ease in what could be one of the biggest decisions and or stressful but exciting times in our life

I am writing this review to recognize Jeff Stearman and his real estate team (Keller-Williams, San Clemente) for their actions and support during the recent sale of our home. I will not say the negotiations were easy, but Jeff negotiated a solid deal for us based on market trends and comps. His office responds quickly to requests for information and/or help. His assistant, Geralyn, was very helpful throughout the process. Another agent in his office, Carolanne White, was a calming force as we went through the sales process. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff Stearman's real estate group for any upcoming sale or purchase you might have.

My wife and I needed to sell our house on a contingency basis. This involved the sale and purchase of the home we were buying, selling our home and two homes behind us. I have no doubt no other person but Jeff could have made this happen. His knowledge and tenacity to get the sale completed was amazing. Words cannot do justice concerning the gratitude we have toward Jeff and his sales team. Jeff is such a pleasure to work with we already miss interacting with him and his staff on a daily basis.
