Enrique began his career in the mortgage industry in 2004 & transitioned into real estate in 2019, giving him a strong foundation in both financing & real estate strategy. Enrique works with buyers, sellers, & investors, helping them understand not only the market but also how to structure deals from a financial perspective. He has successfully exited nearly 20 investment projects, managing renovation & resale strategies from acquisition through sale. He also helps guide investors through their investment journeys & has supported more than 20 additional projects through deal analysis & resale positioning.
