Irene Fairman

Irene was hired to sell our recently departed Mother’s home which was held in a Trust. When we first met, Irene had prepared for us a binder with all sorts of beneficial information. The home had a Reverse Line of Credit and needed to be sold as soon as possible. Irene did an incredible job with the staging, pictures and suggestions to make the home appealing without going broke. She worked with our Trust Attorney, Title Company, Lender and a difficult sibling to keep our house from foreclosing. This was happening as the market came to a standstill. She held numerous open houses and when we were getting no response, she convinced us to strategically price the home and the next week it sold. When issues came up, and they did, Irene was easily accessible and on top of it until resolved. Irene was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. A true professional. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
