Liz Dykes has made her home in Riverside, California for the past 36 years. During that time, she has had experience in real estate, county government, finance, title and the arts. She is an acknowledged expert in property values and marketing methods in Southern California. She is experienced in all aspects of real estate. She’s a member of the International Association of Real Estate Professionals (IARP), National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.). She’s certified as a Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist (CREIPS), Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VaRep), New Home Builder Certified Broker (NHCB), California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA), Probate, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and 1031 Exchange. She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 1993.
