I have been licensed since 1983, I currently own my own company the Guy Patterson Realty Group, I am the Broker. I also have a GRI designation that is Graduate of Realty Institute, this is nationally recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Same thing for my CRS designation which is Certified Realty Specialist. The CRS designation is earned and includes the top percentage of agents in the Country who producers. In my 37 years history I have been with Coldwell Banker, Realty Executives and now an Independent and Family Brokerage. I earned Top Honors with both old companies several years by finishing in the top 100 in sales, worldwide. In 1999 I was awarded a VA contract after going through a stiff competition among the top REO agents in Riverside, over 800 applicants we were chosen for the 5 years contract to teach how VA how to sell their foreclosure homes.
