About
I love living in the forest, and enjoy passing on what I've learned about mountain life and about real estate issues specific to this area, in this beautiful, peaceful and sometimes challenging environment. In LA, I was a real estate appraiser. Pine Mountain Club has been my home since 2014. That year, I began assisting my broker with real estate transactions, learning the issues that make real estate transactions in these mountains very different from the issues and considerations in the city. We have weather-related considerations (including the importance of cost effective heating) which impact the choice of specific location on the mountain, septic issues, wildlife considerations and pests that buyers may not have encountered when purchasing homes in other locations. I work in a very hands-on fashion with a limited number of buyers and sellers at a time, so that I can provide the type of service, the time and attention, that I feel all buyers and sellers deserve.
