He priced the property just right, attracting 25 offers, and then expertly negotiated with buyers to ultimately get us an offer WAY over our asking price. We closed in 5 days and he managed that process for us and kept track of all the documents we needed to sigh. He was a pleasure to work with - smart, friendly, professional and ethical. Matt is an amazing realtor who I would recommend to everyone! Matt helped my husband and I search for our first home in LA. After taking the time to get to know us, our lifestyle, and what we were looking for, he was able to recommend the Pasadena and Altadena areas. These were areas in which we hadn't previously considered but Matt was confident these areas would fit us best. After spending time in the area we realized how correct Matt was in his assessment! Overall, Matt was energetic, prompt, and provided us with constant updates. Matt even went above and beyond - after we had closed on the home, we found some gas leak issues. Matt helped us contact the Home Warranty company and connected us with a plumber he uses and trusts. Helping us with this issue was beyond the scope of his duties and we were so impressed to find that he truly cares about making sure his clients are happy once they get in their home!
