There were a lot of negotiations involved in buying the new property over many months. Their experience, local knowledge and relationships made a world of difference in a deal that could have been dead if not handled carefully and strategically. When everything was said and done they even delivered us a number of disks with all the paperwork and information from our transactions (just used those for tax season, thank you!) as well as provided local resources and contacts.
