Ante Perkov brings over three decades of expertise in the Southern California real estate market. A native of South Bay Los Angeles, Ante earned his Bachelor of Science from Pepperdine University and a Master's in Real Estate Development from USC. Ante's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Capwest Financial in 1995, followed by Capwest Real Estate Brokers in 2005. Certified in probate real estate, he established Realion Real Estate as a national network of top agents specializing in estate, trust, and probate sales. Throughout his real estate career, he has been an investor and developer with expertise in land use, entitlements, and value-add real estate investing. Ante's dedication to the industry extends beyond his work. As a respected lecturer in urban planning at Cal Poly Pomona University, he is not just a teacher but a mentor, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with the next generation of industry professionals.
