Joan Simmons

Joan Simmons helped me to purchase my first home, spending many hours helping me to find just the right home for me. She stayed in touch over the years and it was only natural for me to ask for her assistance again when, on my retirement, I was ready to sell my home of twenty years. Joan made many useful recommendations that we implemented and worked with us on our requirements to stay in the home while it was on the market. She was timely in her communications and brought great resources to the table. The photography and internet presentations were great! We had three open houses and the resulting sale was an amount over asking. We were very happy.

Joan is one of the most caring and compassionate people that I know. The home buying process can be extremely stressful at times. Notwithstanding, Joan went out of her way to make sure that we understood that process and that we were comfortable. She took a look of the stress off our shoulders and carried the burden for us. My wife and I are Christians, and it was important for us to have someone praying with us for the right home for our needs. Joan was there praying with us every step of the way. Joan was available to answer our phone call anytime day or night, and that was important to us. We had many questions during the process. Joan did not immediately know all of the answers, but she did what it took to find the answer instead of giving us a guess. I would highly recommend Joan to any purchaser or seller.
