Katherine Katches

Having grown up in the area, she has a well-rounded knowledge of the Foothills. She has served in the community by raising money for the Meadow Vista Community Center, Meadow Vista Pool, and is an Active participant in Sierra Hills School, serving on several committees. Currently, she is a member of Foothill Christian Fellowship, in Meadow Vista. Professionally, Katherine currently serves as Chair of the PCAR Auburn Marketing Meeting, which serves the local Realtors in the area to showcase their listings & bring like-minded individuals together to learn & educate themselves on current market trends & hot topics. In 2025, she served on the PCAR Grievance Committee & was then elected to serve a 2-year term starting in 2026 as a Board of Director for the local Board of Realtors. She has been involved in over 400+ transactions through transaction coordination and personally listed or sold over 125+ transactions.

In 2005, Katherine received her license from the state of California to sell real estate, followed by her Broker license in 2013. Working in the Real Estate industry since 2003, and a Second-Generation Realtor and a fifth-generation Californian.
