Terry Ballentine

Terry Ballentine has been a full time real estate professional since 1976. After obtaining his Real Estate Brokers license in June 1979, Terry began a 2 year management position in the Mar Vista branch of a large Westside real estate firm. He then joined Jon Douglas Company, Marina del Rey office when it first opened in 1981. He was appointed Assistant Manager in February 1990 and Coldwell Banker. Terry is a Director and serves on the Professional Standards Committee, Budget & Finance Committee, other committees of the GLAR Board of Realtors. Terry joined RE/MAX in June, 2010 and serves as Regional Manager as well. Specializing in residential and income producing properties in Venice, Marina del Rey, and West Los Angeles, Terry has handled the sale of properties from Malibu to the South Bay.
