Emily sold our home in six days for a price we were thrilled with and just as importantly, she was wonderful to be around every step of the way (and there are a LOT of steps lol). Emily also has a great eye for how to refocus and stage your home so it will appeal to buyers, something that cant be taught. Finally, shes super calm in stressful situations, and yes - selling a home involves stress no matter how smooth the process. We were grateful for Emilys steady hand and depth of experience. We honestly cant say enough good things about Emily - after one meeting we knew she was our person and she exceeded all of our expectations.

Emily expertly handled the prepping for sale of my client's extremely run down duplex. From the negotiation of the multiple-bidding war process, and every minute detail in between was gracefully and with a smile.
