Being raised in a family of educators, allowed Roger to learn from an early age what it was to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values. He has worked in education as a credentialed teacher in California, operated his own VoIP telecommunications company and raised a family. Roger has a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education.
