Ive been fortunate to spend more than 45 years in Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. After all these years, I still truly enjoy helping people through such an important part of their lives. Ive built my business around personal relationships, honesty, experience, and taking good care of my clients. I especially enjoy helping longtime homeowners, seniors, and families with buying, selling, or downsizing, and I have extensive knowledge of the Oceana 55+ community in Oceanside. Today, Im proud to work alongside my daughter, Gina Knickerbocker, and granddaughter, Kenna Knickerbocker, at Innovate Realty. Having three generations of our family working together is incredibly special to me, and we each bring our own strengths and experience to our clients.
