With experience in residential sales, negotiation, pricing strategy, comparative market analysis, contracts, and transaction management, Nathaniel focuses on giving clients clear guidance and a structured approach throughout the buying or selling process. In addition to working directly with clients, Nathaniel trains and mentors real estate agents and serves as Chair of the Property Management Committee for the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS. He also serves on the Board of the Greater San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce.
