Sylvia Becdach

Sylvia was raised in Burbank California and spent 20 years living in South America. Fluent in Spanish, she builds strong connections with diverse clients and communities, fostering lasting relationships. A licensed Realtor® since 2003, Sylvia gained expertise at Keller Williams Real Estate Services before co-founding New Beginnings Real Estate Group in 2024 with her husband and fellow Realtor®, Chuck. As Broker/Owner, Sylvia leads with integrity, vision, and a focus on client satisfaction. Sylvia loves to interact with others and negotiate for her clients. A dedicated networker, Sylvia sees referrals as the foundation of their business, built on trust earned over her career. Chuck brings a unique edge from 30+ years working on large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. There, he collaborated with engineers, contractors, and project managers to deliver complex, regulated projects to a successful close.
