Being a active duty military family, we have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that, Craig and his team are the best agents/ broker we have ever used. Craig has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective broker. I cant say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. Valley Wide, actually Craig Barton (owner/Broker) was recommended by a good friend. I can tell you how professional, knowledgeable, and honest this company is. I was using them to sell some properties after after my mom passed. Both properties sold over asking price, I attribute that to Craig, and his recommendations and timing. From beginning to end the process was seamless. We did have a little hiccup on the second property, that had nothing to do with Valley Wide, however Craig kept me as up to date as possible.
