Joseph Cardoza

Joseph was born and raised in Escondido, California, where he still lives and works today. Before real estate, he had a successful 12-year career as the office manager for a reprographics printing company, a job that taught him leadership skills, as well as the value of customer service. Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. He also does his part to give back to his community. A devoted man of faith, Joseph is a regular at his local church. He also volunteers as a guest speaker for the RESPECT Project, a program developed by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department that provides at-risk youth with positive alternatives to drugs, gangs, and crime. Additionally, Joseph makes time to coach soccer for his sons, and he enjoys the beach, camping, and off-roading in the Glamis Sand Dunes with family and friends. It’s Joseph’s belief that by being deeply committed to his family and faith, he can be of better service to others.
