We truly appreciate our Realtor, Lourdes Ylagan. She was referred to us by a friend despite having choices of other Real Estate professionals. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. We had an agent that sent us all over the place and without any support or direction. We met Lourdes and almost immediately, from the directions she sent us to the properties that worked well for us to the person she referred us to work on our financing, it was a seamless transaction. She is now part of my family and my kids will work with her.

I liked that she prepared us with all the homes to see before we actually saw them. We knew the prices and knew exactly what we want and how much we can afford. It was not a shot in the dark. We found the home that we loved on the 3rd try, it was awesome!

She was atttentive, she understood my needs, she was not pushy, she let me decide for myself and she was prompt at sending me the information I need to make the right decision.
