April Howell

Before becoming a realtor, April was a professor for a combined 25 years teaching business courses at Butte College, Shasta College, and Chico State. While at Chico State, April was the Advisor of the Association for Women in Business—one of the most successful College of Business student clubs. April, along with her husband, also owned a small business. As a successful business owner for 22 years, April has experience forming a corporation, integrating software systems, managing people, and writing grants, as well as buying, remodeling, and selling real estate. She and her husband still own an Airbnb near Mount Lassen today. April uses her business knowledge and experience to help her clients find their dream homes—which may even be in the mountains! For fun, April loves to spend time at her Lake Almanor cabin, hike, bike, read, and travel. She would love to connect with you and answer any real estate questions you may have!
