George Bandak

My husband and I started the process fo selling our house in San Diego November of 2019. I went on the web looking for the best realtor in San Diego and then I received a call from George Bandak. Once the house was fixed to sell, George held open houses right away and was great at communicating updates with us. We had multiple offers and ended up selling well above what we thought we would get. This is all George. He got us that number and he made sure the process was as smooth as it could be. I first met George in the Summer of 2012. He was having an open house in my neighborhood. I stopped in because I was dreaming of buying a larger home to accommodate our grandchildren when they come to visit. I didn't have our finances in order and really wasn't ready to make a move. I never forgot George. I could tell he was a go getter. My husband and I were driving around the following Easter and we found a house we might be interested in.
