For over a decade, I have been involved in over 300 residential real estate transactions in the L.A. area. Being a very busy professional only scratches the surface. In 2010, I started my own business, Albert Consulting, where I helped in auction foreclosure purchases and acquisitions. After acquiring over $4M in property assets for my clients, I started working closer with investors in sales, construction management, and best practices for the organization. Then in 2011, I joined LAMERICA Real Estate, focusing on the buying and selling of homes throughout the L.A. area. And to this day, I still work with the team to purchase and sell homes all over the greater L.A. area for both the investors and clients alike. My clientele ranges from first time home buyers those in the entertainment business buying and selling multi-million-dollar homes.
