Cody Thompson

Words can't describe how positive my home buying experience was with Cody. I always felt like his #1 client. He was there for me, answering my questions and guiding me through the process. He is extremely knowledgeable! Not only does he know about the market and houses, but about contractors, inspections, codes and laws, mortgage rates and lenders, the perks and downfalls in specific areas, vendors that are really great, etc. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and is a true joy to be around. I felt like I had a partner through the whole process. Cody never felt like an agent who just wanted to sell a house and make money. I looked at every property on MLS that came through that fit my price and the one that I disregarded because of what ended up being a stupid reason was the one that became my dream home. It was Cody who encouraged me to take a look at it. Because of him, I am living in my first home that is absolutely spectacular!

I'm not quite sure how to put into words my gratitude for Cody. My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with him when buying our home and we can't speak highly enough of our experience with him. Cody demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that wildly exceeded our expectations. Cody answered all of our questions patiently, honestly, and in term that we could understand. He kept us informed every step of the way. My mind has constantly been blown at how proactive and attentive he is. He's superhuman. Truly. We wholeheartedly recommend Cody to anyone in search of a real estate agent. We'd never bought a house before and weren't exactly sure what to expect. Cody had been highly recommended to us. Let me tell you he (and his entire team) EXCEEDED our expectations. He is incredibly easy to work with, knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. He was great about responding to calls/texts at any hour, he always got back to us to make appointments, he was incredibly flexible with his schedule and his advice was incredibly useful. He wasn't pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, pitfalls to look out for, future resale, etc. His team was also lovely to work with. We can't say enough wonderful things about Cody Thompson and the Grauman Real Estate Team. We’d love to have Cody at our side whenever we should move again in the future. A++!! We LOVE OUR HOME!
