He showed us 8 homes in two days which is very difficult to schedule during the holidays. We were on a very tight timeline and Ron arranged for inspectors, mortgage brokers and lawyers to have the entire purchase closed in 8 days. Ron also negotiated with a long term tenant on our behalf. I am new to Vancouver, and a first time home buyer with little knowledge on the local real estate market/process of purchasing a home. Ron and the team consistently went the extra mile to ensure I found the right place for me and my partner. In addition to the teams expertise, Ron took the time to walk me through the strata documents, home inspection report and various other documents. One item in particular caught by Ron and the team, was a variance in the listed square-footage vs. the actual square-footage. As a result, this created a stronger platform for negotiation which would have normally been an oversight, resulting in a more favourable sales price.
